If you have drainage issues, it's important to take multiple pictures of the area immediately after a heavy rain.  This will aid the process of correcting the problem for the contractor when it is dried and able to repaired.

There are two basic types of Ice melt for your concrete.  Magnesium and Calcium which comes in many forms.  If you are putting these products beside your grass it is recommended that you alternate the two types of material.  Calcium and Magnesium have a necessary balance in your soil.  If the soil balance is off it can cause some nutrients in your soil to be unavailable to the grass.  If you have questions or would like further assistance please feel free to contact me.

Transplanting a tree

​A trees root system equals the canopy of the tree.  When you dig up a tree for transplanting you are cutting off some of the root system.  Make sure, when possible, to prune the tree to accomodate the loss of the roots.
